About the Export Starter Course Programme

Many clerks and managers involved in export have little or no formal training. Indeed the fundamentals of export which are essential to anyone involved in shipping or export marketing are generally learnt by copying from a predecessor, trial and error or a bad experience. The export course has been designed to meet this training requirement. It endeavours to cover the basic export procedures and terminology by the use of formal training techniques and practical exercises. It includes subjects like; Export Documentation, Incoterms® 2010, Letters of Credit, Invoicing, Customs Procedures, VAT, New Export System (NES) and AEO Status.
