Terms & conditions

The total costs for the two day course will be £510.00 plus VAT, per delegate. The fees for the one day courses will be £305.00 plus VAT, per delegate. These fees include all training materials, coffee/tea breaks and buffet/restaurant lunch each day (non-residential course). A discount of 10% is given to any booking of 3 or more delegates on any venue(s) within a series of our courses.

To ensure a place, please book early as the courses are restricted to 16 delegates per venue.

Bookings can be made using the booking form, Telephone, Fax or Letter.

Verbal bookings are accepted as per our conditions below.

Priority will be given to bookings accompanied by cheque.

Bookings will be acknowledged with a VAT invoice. VAT Registration GB568417509.

Venue details and agendas will be sent to delegates on confirmation of booking.

Substitutions can be made at any time prior to start of course without cost penalty.

Transfers to other venues will be accepted up to 28 days prior to course start without penalty.

A 50% refund of the course fees will be made for cancellations within 28 days of the course dates.

Booked delegates can transfer to another course FOC within 14 days of the course date(s). A charge will be levied if a delegate(s) wish to be canel or be transferred within this time. Cancellations within 14 days will receive a 50% refund only.
